Peter Turnbull

Chief Investment Officer

Peter is a well credentialed property developer and investor who brings a wealth of experience to property funds management. Successfully completing numerous large-scale projects across Australia in both residential and commercial properties, Peter is known for expertly guiding and advising clients regarding their investment opportunities. The aim being so that they achieve the best outcomes to suit their goals.

Darren Thomas

Chief Operating Officer

Darren is a leading executive finance broker, holder of an Australian Credit License, qualified financial planner, experienced property developer and former retail client wealth manager. With extensive knowledge of the financial, financial planning and property sectors and over 30 years’ experience in the field, Darren can strategically advise clients on making the best decision to suit their unique needs.

Chris Luscombe

Director

Chris has spent over 20 years as a Director and General Manager of large multi-national property & funds management companies managing in excess of $86b together with a board position on a national authority on sustainable buildings and communities accelerating the transformation of properties in Australia.

Neil Gillies

General Manager

Neil has a wide range of experience in business and financial management issues within a diverse range of industries including Government State Owned Corporations, Public Private Partnerships, Public Infrastructure Development and mining. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

A particular focus has been the implementation of financial systems, policies and compliance for start-ups and for newly corporatized entities. Neil has been actively engaged in Corporations Law compliance work, secretarial duties, strategic planning, built asset maintenance, IT network support as well as financial controller functions and management and financial accounting operations.

Marketing & Design Manager

Meet Vanessa, a seasoned leader in the construction industry with a wealth of experience and diverse expertise within land development | Sales| Marketing & Design. Holding key roles in Senior Management positions she has spearheaded innovative projects that challenge industry norms and champion female leadership. With Vanessa’s experience in the Construction industry she brings extensive knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and brand management. As a leader, Vanessa has successfully overseen every aspect of operations, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving positive change in the industry.

Matthew Cross

Chief Compliance Officer

Matt brings a wealth of experience to the business across sales, management, marketing and more recently compliance & auditing, through skills & knowledge developed over the last 47 years, from roles across a broad range of business activities, including key aspects such as planning, forecasting, sourcing, logistics, product development, sales & marketing, manufacturing, customer relations, corporate governance, financial acumen, and IT implementation.

This experience has not only been obtained through family business activities but also dealing with Government (State & Federal), Private, Commercial and the Not-for Profit sectors but across SME up to large Multinational organisations and enterprises.
